Since 1993 Don Winchell has been the managing partner of Private Business Network Inc. PBN has been an Information Technology consulting company with customers in Canada and the United States. Like many of his associates who have worked with information systems, Don discovered that it was often not the computer system that needed improvement but rather the management systems, management practices or the underlying business structure that was the root cause of many problems.

In 1997 Don began to focus his energy more directly to learning and practicing ways to help people in business be more effective independent of technology. For the 20 years prior to Don's involvement with PBN he has created and operated a number of successful small businesses in the United States and in Canada. Don is currently applying what he has learned from 30 + years of successfully managing businesses, from consulting experience and from specific education and training, to help people achieve the results they want to achieve. By using standard techniques and practices we have been very successful in helping people to clearly define an end result they would like to achieve and to create the alignment of resources and focus of effort necessary to achieve those results.
